shoulder update

doc says no need sling anymore. daily activity should increase range of motion. shoulder and part of chest muscle is atrophied after 3 weeks so i look lopsided. in 3weeks can start rehabbing using weights to strengthen muscles to keep bones from popping out again. still havent slept thru the night due to pain, but its nice to be able to type with 2 hands again. seth is glad i can give hugs with 2 arms now. looking into acupuncture to speed recovery.
