we missed the game because jed wasn't feeling weel, but kaleb went with his grampa and they had a blast. we watched the replay on tv tonight and it was exciting. we're so proud of leland.

little village

little late on the post, but here are a few photos from last month when ren was in town. we met at little village, one of dad's favorite eateries. cassandra song made the cameo (thanks cassie!), which was a pleasant surprise... i'll just say it's a small and interconnected island. notice the unphotogenic kid i'm holding and his curious brother wondering what the hell he's crying about. classic.

when i saw highlights of this game on espn it was late. the kids were asleep. i had to put my hand over my mouth to muffle the joy/excitement/awe/etc. that was involutarily erupting from my insides. thankfully no one woke up.
