gigantic hammock, 2 treehouses, trampoline, rope bridge across the river, teatherball, chinup bars... and the animals - geese, silky chickens, fish, ducks, dogs, pigeons!

this is the craziest house/zoo i've ever seen. it's like this huge, jungle circus place. the haler's are part of a homeschool co-op we're a part of and they throw little parties for special occasions. kids love it. adults too.

uncle eric finally passed on. i didn't really know him too intimately so it was nice to learn about his life through the eulogies. one of which was done by dad. can't you feel the love in this picture?

chad owens

i was talking with a guy today and he asked me the generic, conversation-filler question, "what school you grad?" roosevelt. "did you know chad owens then?" yeah. we talked about him a little and he said he watches CO youtube clips sometimes when hes bored.










from pauoa valley to UH to the NFL - his belief in himself was incredible. i can't remember a player who brought that much excitement to aloha stadium.
